Outlook Express

Step 1.

Click the Tools menu, then click Accounts.

Click the Add button and select Mail menu item.

Step 2.


Type in your name. (This will be what the recipient of an email from you will see in their "From" header )
Click the Next button

Step 3.
Enter your E-mail address (username@aerosurf.net or username@speedband.com)
Click the Next button
Step 4.
Change Incoming mail (POP3) to pop.gmail.com
Change Outgoing Mail (SMTP) to smtp.gmail.com

Click the Next button
Step 5.
Be sure you Account name is your full email address. (username@aerosurf.net)
If you have a @speedband.com email address, the account name still must be @aerosurf.net (joeuser@speedband.com email would be joeuser@aerosurf.net account name)
Enter in your Password
Check Remember Password check box
Click Next Button
Click Finish Button
Step 6 Choose the Gmail e-mail Account (just created) and click Properties button...

Choose the Servers tab
Check My server requires authentication.
Step 7 Choose the Advanced Tab

Check both items (smtp & pop3) This server requires a secure connection (SSL)  
Change Outgoing mail (SMTP): port to 465

Be sure to verify that the port numbers are exactly as shown in image.
Click the OK button
Click Close Button
Final Step

Click your Send and Receive button and your email should begin to arrive.
