Troubleshooting Steps

If you are unable to connect to the
internet, before calling Customer Service, please complete the
following steps.. |
|
1) Re-Cycle/Reboot your
router |
Remove the power cable
from the back of your router for 5 to 10 seconds then
re-apply.
Wait 30 Seconds and check if you can connect to the
internet. If you are unable, continue step 2 |
|
2) Reboot your computer |
After rebooting your
computer, please try to connect to the internet. If you are
unable, continue step 3 |
|
3) Reboot AeroSurf
equipment |
Remove the power supply
(POE) from the ac outlet which attaches to the Cat5 cable
coming from the antenna on the roof for 10 seconds. Then
Re-apply
Wait 2 minutes, and check if you can connect to internet. If
unable, proceed to calling technical support. |
